Own a Cellular Optimization Center. Or host one.
VetusKodex is a gated network. Compositions, intelligence, and clinical protocols flow only to credentialed Centers operated by qualified partners. This page is for the clinic owners, capital partners, and strategic operators considering joining that network.
Two deployment formats. One closed-loop platform. End-to-end proprietary IP across compounds, formulations, delivery systems, and clinical applications.
A new taxonomic category. Three months into its first deployment.
The 2026 longevity category is a fifteen-billion-dollar market projected to triple by 2031. The strongest incumbents — Lanserhof, Fountain Life, Bryan Johnson's Blueprint — compete on heritage, celebrity, or self-quantification. None operates a closed-loop platform with owned IP across compounds, formulations, delivery, and intelligence. That seam is what a VetusKodex Center fills.
Category creation
First-mover in Cellular Optimization Centers. The category name is the network's. Search position and category-defining language are still being established.
Closed-loop IP
Operators access proprietary compounds and intelligence available nowhere else. Compositions ship gated by Center enrollment, not by retail catalog. The vertical is uncopiable on a five-year horizon.
Specialist economics
Cash-pay. No insurance billing. 20–30 minute sessions delivered by credentialed Specialists. Service-line economics work for existing dental, longevity, aesthetic, sports, and integrative practices.
Owned end-to-end. Five architectural layers.
The Atumnus intellectual property portfolio covers the vertical from molecular composition through clinical application. The numerics below reflect filed positions as of the priority window. Specific dossier detail is available under NDA to qualified partners.
Filed. Covering novel Ac-X-NH₂ short-chain peptide bioregulator analogs and their delivery architectures.

Compound · Formulation · Co-administration · Delivery system · Clinical application. The vertical is covered end-to-end.
The Atumnus Opti-Salt platform organizes the bioregulator portfolio across twelve regulatory axes. Public consumer copy never names these.
- CompoundNovel Ac-X-NH₂ short-chain peptide analogs · structurally distinct sequences · novel compositions of matter
- FormulationCarrier chemistry · co-crystallization · stabilization · controlled-release matrices
- Co-administrationBioregulator pairings · cross-axis combination logic · CORTIX combination therapy series
- Delivery systemOlfactrix · Inhalgenix · Ocugenix · sublingual · buccal · transdermal architectures
- Clinical applicationMethods of use · protocol structures · session-based delivery formats · supervised administration
Filing strategy, prosecution status, and territorial coverage are disclosed in the partner deck under mutual NDA. The portfolio is patent-pending across all five layers.
Five layers. One closed loop.
Every Center in the network operates on the same five-layer closed-loop platform. Every layer is owned. Every layer feeds every other. Operators do not assemble it; operators host it.
Discovery
atumnus reads the corpus of bioregulator and cellular-optimization literature across 196 languages, structured as a continuously-updated knowledge graph + vector index. Discovery feeds compound selection and combination logic.
Compound library
Proprietary short-chain bioregulator portfolio. Novel Ac-X-NH₂ analogs, structurally and legally distinct from prior sequences. Organized under the Opti-Salt platform across twelve therapeutic axes. 19 provisional USPTO applications filed.
Manufacturing
Owned cGMP facility. FDA Establishment Registration. Health Canada Site Licence. Cartridges and compositions produced for the network are gated by Center enrollment — supplied only to credentialed Centers, not through retail or catalog.
Delivery system
Opticeutical platform. Olfactrix (metered-dose nasal), Inhalgenix (soft mist inhaler), Ocugenix (sterile ophthalmic), plus sublingual, buccal, transdermal, and topical formats. Biomimetic routes matched to bioregulator class.
Clinical experience
Credentialed Cellular Optimization Specialist. Supervised 20–30 minute session. Practitioner-administered. atumnus-prepared protocol. Member-portal synthesis. Quarterly biomarker integration loop.
No competitor in the longevity category owns more than one or two adjacent layers. The closed loop is the structural differentiator. Operators joining the network access the entire platform; they do not need to assemble it.
Standalone. Or hosted inside your practice.
VetusKodex can be deployed two ways. Both formats access the same closed-loop platform. The economics differ; the experience for the member does not.
Standalone Center
A purpose-built facility, branded as a VetusKodex Center. Independent operator, owned by the partner, operated under the network's protocols. Capital-intensive build; full brand and revenue retention. Suitable for established operators with capital and an existing membership network.
- Full-service single-purpose facility
- Atumnus brand at the door
- Owner-operated under network protocols
- Higher capital · higher contribution
- Member portal native to the Center
Hosted service line
Add a Cellular Optimization service line to an existing dental, longevity, aesthetic, sports, or integrative practice. Capital-light. Shares the existing practice's foot traffic and brand presence; co-branded with Atumnus. Faster to launch; lower contribution; broader operator base. The fastest path for an established clinic to enter the category.
- Suite or wing inside an existing practice
- Co-branded experience
- Capital-light deployment
- Existing member base routes in
- Network reciprocity across hosted Centers
Owned facility. Credentialed regulators.
Compositions for the network are produced inside an Atumnus cGMP facility. Materials ship only to credentialed Centers. Supply is gated by Center enrollment, not by retail or catalog distribution.
Current Good Manufacturing Practice. Production-cell architecture validated to cGMP standards.
Active. Facility registered with the United States Food and Drug Administration.
Active. Licensed for production of compositions distributed within and from Canada.
Operators do not need to build, license, or qualify any production capacity. The Atumnus production cell supplies every Center in the network. Operators host the practice; the platform supplies the science.
The network is gated. By practice, by capital, by intention.
VetusKodex is not a franchise with open enrollment. The network grows through partnerships with operators who match the practice's standards across clinical credentialing, operational sophistication, capital discipline, and category fit.
Who fits the network
- Established dental, longevity, aesthetic, sports, or integrative clinic operators
- Capital partners building HNW-focused longevity portfolios
- Multi-site clinic groups seeking a category-defining service line
- Hospitality and resort groups with health-program capacity
- Strategic operators with existing high-value member relationships
Qualifying standards
- Clinical leadership credentialed to administer practitioner-controlled compositions
- Existing member or patient base in the target demographic
- Operational capacity to maintain the network's experience standards
- Capital alignment for the chosen deployment format
- Cultural fit with the institutional voice of the platform
From inquiry to operating Center. Six steps.
- 01Inquiry
Submit the partner inquiry form or schedule a call. A partner-team member reviews your fit and prepares the initial briefing.
- 02Mutual NDA
Once initial fit is confirmed, an NDA is executed. The full partner deck — including IP detail, financial architecture, and territorial roadmap — is shared.
- 03Diligence & site review
Mutual diligence. Site review for hosted deployments. Operational capacity review. Credentialing pathway scoped for the operator's clinical leadership.
- 04Letter of intent
Terms outlined. Territorial scope, deployment format, supply economics, and brand obligations agreed in principle. Definitive documents drafted.
- 05Definitive partnership
Operating agreement executed. Specialist credentialing begins. Production cell allocates supply for the new Center. Build-out or hosted-suite preparation commences.
- 06Center opens
First Cellular Optimization Sessions delivered. Network reciprocity activates. The Center is a node in the Atumnus platform.
The network is small. It will not be small for long.
Partner conversations are reviewed on a rolling basis. Territories are allocated to the first operator who fits the standards. Capital and territory move together.
