Information We Collect

When you visit this site, request information, join the early list, or correspond with us about a session or membership, we may collect personal information including: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and the contents of your inquiry.

Where a Center has opened and you become a member, we additionally collect health-and-wellness intake information necessary to deliver the supervised wellness session, session records held by the credentialed Specialist, and billing information necessary to process membership payments.

We may also collect technical information automatically — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and similar — for the operation, security, and improvement of the site.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, deliver the services you have requested, communicate with you about your membership and the network, process payments, operate and secure the site, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Health Information

Health-and-wellness intake information collected at a Center is treated with the confidentiality appropriate to its sensitivity. Access is restricted to the credentialed Specialists involved in your supervised session and to administrative personnel with a documented operational need.

Information collected at a Center may be subject to additional confidentiality and recordkeeping standards under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Center operates.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We may share personal information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf — payment processors, hosting providers, customer-support tooling, analytics — under contractual obligations to protect the information.

We may disclose information when required by law, by lawful subpoena or court order, or as necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the network, our members, or others.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. Some information may be retained where required by law, by recordkeeping standards applicable to a Center, or to resolve disputes.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any such email, or by writing to us directly.

Children

The Cellular Optimization Session and membership are not directed to children under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes we have collected such information, please contact us so we can investigate and, if appropriate, delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised policy here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the site or services after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
