VetusKodex IX — The Six Outcomes

The Six
Foundations

Six outcomes the practice is configured to deliver. Each Foundation is the convergence of two named civilizational traditions, the proprietary peptide bioregulator portfolio, and the modern bioelectric environment of the Center. The protocol is matched to the member in the intake conversation. The cadence is the membership.

The body is one. The Foundations are six. The classical traditions held that an outcome at the level of the whole person required attention at the level of every Foundation it touched.
The Foundations

Each Foundation, by name and by source.

I
𒀭 𒈗κράτος
Mesopotamian · Ašipu · Greek · Lex Kratos

Performance

Strength, endurance, sustained capacity.

Strength without crash. Endurance across long arcs. Physical readiness configured around the body's natural circulation and energy-regulation processes — the same pathways the ašipu warrior protocols and the Greek agoge addressed empirically. The session produces sustained availability, not stimulant peaks.

Drawn from · Mesopotamian warrior protocols, the classical Greek paideia, and modern bioregulators of cellular energetics.

II
القانونरसायन
Avicennan · Canon · Sanskrit · Medhya

Cognitive

Memory, clarity, sustained focus.

Memory, clarity, sustained focus across the working day. The Canon's neurology meets the Sanskrit medhya rasayana tradition — both held that cognitive availability was a function of the substrate-body, not a stimulant. The session restores the substrate.

Drawn from · The Avicennan Canon's chapters on cognition, the Sanskrit medhya rasayana protocols, and BDNF-pathway peptide bioregulators.

III

Avicennan · Mufarrih · Chinese · Bencao

Cardiovascular

Circulation, heart function, vascular tone.

Circulation, heart function, vascular tone. The Avicennan Mufarrih — the joy-bringer formulation tradition — paired with the classical Chinese dynamic cardiovascular framework. Both traditions named the heart-as-circulatory-engine centuries before modern cardiology converged on the same model.

Drawn from · Avicennan Mufarrih preparations, the Bencao Gangmu cardiovascular sections, and short-chain peptide bioregulators of vascular tone.

IV

Egyptian · Kyphi · Korean · Dongui Bogam

Sleep

Restorative sleep, parasympathetic return.

Restorative sleep, parasympathetic return, the night that does its work. The Egyptian Kyphi incense traditions paired with the Korean Dongui Bogam's nocturnal protocols. The session is paced for receptivity. Most members describe the night that follows a session as distinctively different from the nights that don't.

Drawn from · Egyptian Kyphi formulations, the Dongui Bogam's nocturnal arc, and bioregulators that support the parasympathetic return.

V
रसायन本草
Sanskrit · Rasayana · Chinese · Bencao

Longevity

Healthspan, vigour, the long arc.

Healthspan, vigour, the long arc. Charaka's three-year rasayana protocols and the classical Chinese longevity tradition both held that the body's healthspan was a function of cumulative practice, not a single intervention. Membership is the modern instance of that cadence.

Drawn from · Sanskrit rasayana protocols, classical Chinese longevity formulations, and the Khavinson-lineage bioregulator portfolio.

VI
동의보감𒀭 𒈗
Korean · Dongui Bogam · Mesopotamian · Asu

Restoration

Recovery from exertion, illness, depletion.

Recovery from physical exertion, recovery from the cumulative load of modern work, recovery from depletion. The Dongui Bogam's restoration arc paired with the Mesopotamian asu convalescence protocols. The session is the deliberate decompression. Recovery proceeds without effort.

Drawn from · Korean Dongui Bogam restoration sections, Mesopotamian convalescence tablets, and bioregulators of tissue repair.

How the Matching Works

The protocol is matched in the intake conversation.

You do not order a Foundation from a menu. The credentialed Specialist conducts the intake — a brief, unhurried conversation about what brings you to the Center, what the body is asking for, and what cadence the practice is going to take. The session protocol is then matched to you, drawing from the Foundation or Foundations that fit.

Most members begin with one Foundation as the dominant frame. Many find that two Foundations work in pairs — Recovery and Sleep, Cognitive and Longevity, Performance and Restoration. The membership is the architecture of the long arc; the protocol is the configuration of any given session.

The Matching Arc
  1. I
    Intake
Specialist-led conversation about goals, history, current state.
  2. II
    Foundation Selection
One or two Foundations identified as the dominant frame.
  3. III
    Protocol Configuration
Session compositions and environment configured to the Foundation.
  4. IV
    Session
Twenty to thirty minutes, supervised throughout.
  5. V
    Cadence
Monthly or more, calibrated to the long arc.
The Practice

The Foundations are delivered through the Session.

The Foundations name the outcomes the practice is configured to deliver. The Session is where the configuration becomes a felt experience. The Membership is the cadence that holds the arc.
